What is a buyback?

If you are strapped for cash or have an unexpected bill come through, you can bring an item of value e.g. a mobile phone or jewellery, and borrow money against it. You will have 28 days to buy the item back.

How do I do a buyback?

You must be over 18 years of age and have appropriate I.D.

What I.D is needed to sell/buyback?

Ideally, a photo I.D such as a passport, drivers licence or something similar along with utility bills or job centre letter etc. Within 3 months old.

How much is the buyback cost on jewellery?

We have a low buyback cost on jewellery buybacks (28 days term), for example if you borrow £100 you only pay £117 to buy it back which makes us one of the most competitive priced shops!

What if I don’t have enough money to buy back my item?

You can extend the terms by another 28 days if you pay the difference between what your borrowed and how much it is to pay back, for example if you borrow £50 on your item, it will cost you £65 to buy back, therefore the price to renew your contract is £15

Can I pay weekly when buying an item from the shop?

Yes, you can secure the item you want by paying a small deposit (from as little as £10) and spread the cost by paying weekly/fortnightly.

Is there any interest charged for paying weekly?

There is no interest charged when paying weekly on items, which means that you only get the item once it is paid off.

How long do I get to pay my item off?

You have a total of 12 weeks and must pay either every week or every fortnight. You are welcome to pay it off sooner if you have the funds to do so – the quicker you pay it off, the quicker you can get your item.

Are deposits refundable?

Once a deposit has been put on an item, it is non refundable (we put the item away).

What is the returns policy?

Pre-owned items have been tested to ensure that they are in working order. Unlike new products, some wear & tear may have occurred so that further adjustment, servicing or attention may be required in future, for which we cannot accept responsibility.

Faulty goods returned under warranty (accompanied by proof of purchase). Warranty operates in order of

  1. We repair the item*
  2. We replace with an identical item
  3. We replace with a similar item
  4. Failing that, refund of current sale value will be offered using the original method of payment.

Our warranty does not extend to software or batteries, nor does it cover accidental damage (e.g. broken ports by heavy force) or changing your mind about the item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

*item has to be left for 7 working days.

Please note: CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, Games & discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Our products may not include additional material like digital copies, online passes or promotional downloadable content (DLC). This does not affect your statutory rights.
